Sharing of information with a third party will only be considered where it is deemed necessary to verify data for uploading to the live database. No data will be displayed on the live database until all reasonable checks of its authenticity have been completed. The LDA and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate or otherwise use the communications in all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. Registration and login information is required to ensure only suitable people are provided with access to more sensitive information within the database such as Category E (Confidential) Brownfield sites. needed to provide goods or services you have enquired about or asked us to provide or to respond to your request for information. You do not need to provide us with personal data simply to browse the front end website or to access the base mapping with limited GIS and Brownfield site information. You only need to register and be issued with a login if wanting to access the full scale of GIS information available or if a borough user to access Category E (confidential sites) within your borough area and or request site changes, add new sites or request removal of sites (s). All registered users will be able to send general queries through the databases CMS. The LDA will use all registration information in order to customise the content you see on our pages, to fulfil your request for certain products and services, to communicate with you generally and to contact you about special offers, promotions or new events and services.
2. What information do we collect?
We will collect information from you in the following circumstances:
Registration
Some areas of our website require you to be registered with us prior to access being made available to a particular area of the website or to obtain certain services. Our registration process involves providing us with specific information as requested. We use this information to provide you with the service you have requested or to answer your queries.
